Hi,

My name is Františka. I used to share this blog with my friend Kateřina, however she got too busy and lazy :-D. So you might notice some of the older articles are written by her. She is currently considering staring her own facebook blog, we will see.. This doesn´t mean we don´t travel together anymore.

Here is a couple of words about me and this blog:

    I am addicted to travelling. Winter is fine but when lime trees start blooming and their smell fills our street, I just can´t resist. There is something forcing me to travel. Doesn’t matter if it is about visiting my friend in the countryside or flying to the Carribean. I want to see, feel and taste everything. I come from Prague, Czech Republic and travelling taught me to love and appreciate the place I live in even more. I know I have been lucky being born in the right place at the right time.

It is a sort of hobby in my family to discuss price of things. I actually hated it when I was younger but now I learnt to mention this a lot in my articles. I want to show you how to get the most of your travels at a reasonable cost.  On our journeys together we will not be sleeping in a tent and eating homemade sandwiches. I love good food and drinks too much and summer camps were my nightmare. On the other hand, there will not be many hotels and main touristic sights either. Let’s take London for example. I go there quite often but I have never seen Buckingham Palace. There are loads of guide books for that anyway.
